Ann brings more than three decades of distinguished experience in real estate, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to her role at Neil Charles Real Estate. Licensed for over 35 years, she has advised buyers and sellers across the Hudson Valley, New York, Litchfield County, Connecticut, and beyond, earning a reputation as a trusted authority in some of the region’s most competitive and nuanced markets. Ann’s real estate expertise is informed by a broader career in executive leadership and brand strategy. In the 1990s, she served as a senior executive at International Sports and Entertainment Strategies (ISES), an international sports marketing firm, where she worked with high-profile clients and complex negotiations at a global level. In 1997, she brought her entrepreneurial drive to Wild Thymes Farm Inc. as co-owner and head of sales and marketing, playing a central role in building the brand and expanding its market presence. These experiences continue to shape her sophisticated, businessminded approach to real estate advisory.
A graduate of Colgate University, Ann is globally minded and culturally fluent, having traveled extensively and developed fluency in Spanish, along with proficiency in Italian. She has lived full-time in the Hudson Valley and Litchfield County for more than 25 years and brings deep local knowledge informed by genuine community involvement. Her commitment to the region is reflected in her service on local boards, including the Winnakee Land Trust and Dutchess Day School.
Ann resides in Sharon, Connecticut, with her husband and daughter and remains deeply connected to the communities she serves.
