A little bit about me...
Skeeter brings a distinctly entrepreneurial perspective and rigorous analytical expertise to her work in real estate. With many years of experience representing both buyers and sellers, she is valued for her strategic insight, clear guidance, and ability to navigate complex transactions with confidence and precision. Her approach is informed by a broad professional background that extends well beyond traditional real estate practice.
In addition to her real estate career, Skeeter has successfully owned and operated multiple businesses, including a restaurant franchise and several educational enterprises. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Dutchess Community College, Marist College and SUNY Ulster, where she taught courses in Mathematics, Economics and Accounting. She is also a tax accountant in private practice, advising clients on financial planning and compliance, and currently serves as a Lecturer at SUNY New Paltz. In these roles, she teaches courses in accounting and tax— disciplines that directly reinforce her ability to analyze market trends, evaluate investment opportunities, and structure sound real estate decisions for her clients. Skeeter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The New School in New York City and a Master’s degree in Accounting from SUNY Albany. She has lived in the Hudson Valley for more than three decades and brings deep familiarity with the region’s communities, markets, and lifestyle.
